First Impressions Resources employs passionate trainers with great retail experience to nurture trainees in all States and Territories. In fact, most of our trainers live and work remotely from our offices in many regional areas, reflecting the locations of our clients operations. Our trainees range from school-aged to managers and training may be conducted in the classroom, but more often is in the retail workplace.
Our selection criteria include:
- Significant retail experience at a senior level
- A passion for developing people
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Willingness and ability to travel
- IT literate with home Internet/email facilities
- Working with children Blue Card
TAA40104 and Certificate IV/Diploma of Retail are also desirable but not essential as we are happy to facilitate these qualifications for the right applicant.
