Tyler is a supervisor and assistant store manager for a large sports fashion brand. Tyler has worked he was up, starting behind the register and is now in responsible for creating a customer service focused culture, by providing authentic and distinctive experiences to every customer every day.
Tyler's key duties include coaching, rostering, recruiting, training, controlling wages and visual merchandising. He is driven to meet and exceed company Sales and KPI's.
Tyler has enrolled in the Certificate IV in Leadership & Management with ARC to help him learn the key skills of a manager and advance his career forward within his current organisation and future employers.
